Wreck diving is more than just swimming around metal structures — it’s exploration, precision, and controlled adventure.
The PADI Wreck Diver Specialty teaches you how to safely explore shipwrecks, from external surveys to limited penetration under proper training and supervision.
You’ll learn:
• Wreck dive planning & hazard assessment
• Safe entry and exit techniques
• Use of lines and reels
• Navigation on and inside wrecks
• Buoyancy control in overhead environments
• Wreck conservation & respect
Training dives focus on trim, propulsion techniques, situational awareness, and team communication — essential skills for diving legendary wrecks like HTMS Chang and other expedition sites.
Requirements
• Minimum certification: Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
• Minimum age: 15 years
• Good buoyancy control
• Comfortable diving to at least 30 meters
• Completed medical statement
Duration
2 Days – 4 Wreck Training Dives
Includes external wreck exploration and limited penetration training under direct instructor supervision.
