Cancellation Policy

Dream Team Divers Booking & Payment Policy 1. Booking & Deposit A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your space is only secured once the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by Dream Team Divers. 2. Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip (or on the agreed payment date stated on the invoice). Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit. 3. Cancellation Policy (Client) • Cancellation 14+ days before trip: Deposit non-refundable, remaining balance not required. • Cancellation less than 14 days before trip: 100% of trip price may be charged. • No-show: 100% of trip price is charged. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. 4. Weather & Sea Conditions All dive sites and schedules are subject to weather and sea conditions. Dream Team Divers reserves the right to change dive locations, timing, or cancel dives in the interest of safety. Changes due to weather or safety conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund. 5. Safety Authority The dive leader and captain have full authority to modify, cancel, or terminate a dive if safety concerns arise. All safety decisions are final and made in the interest of divers, crew, and vessel safety. 6. Certification & Experience Requirements Divers must hold the required certification level for the planned dives. Divers must have recent diving experience and be medically fit to dive. Dream Team Divers reserves the right to deny participation if safety standards are not met. 7. Equipment Responsibility Divers are responsible for ensuring their equipment is in proper working condition. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition. Damaged or lost equipment will be charged accordingly. 8. Complaints & Communication Any concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing. Dream Team Divers does not engage in third-party or indirect dispute discussions. All communication must be direct and professional. 9. Acceptance of Terms Payment of the invoice confirms acceptance of all booking terms, safety policies, and operational decisions stated above.
