General Requirements & Medical Safety

All participants must be in good health and fit to dive. You may be required to complete a medical questionnaire, and in some cases provide a doctor’s clearance. We reserve the right to deny participation if we believe diving may be unsafe for you.

Certification & Experience

Divers must hold the required certification level for each activity. We may ask for proof of certification and a log of recent dives. If you do not meet the experience requirements, we may restrict your participation or require a guide.

PADI Courses & Training

PADI courses follow international standards. Certification is based on successful completion of all course requirements, including knowledge development, confined water and open water dives.

Liability & Waiver

Diving involves inherent risks. All participants must sign a liability waiver before taking part in any activity.

Dream Team Divers, our staff, and partners are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where required by law.

Scheduling & Punctuality

Please arrive on time for all activities. Late arrival may result in shortened dives or being marked as a no-show without a refund.

We follow strict schedules to ensure safety and the best experience for all guests.

Weather and Conditions

Diving is subject to weather, sea conditions, and local regulations. We may change, postpone, or cancel trips for safety reasons.

If a trip is cancelled by us, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund according to our cancellation policy.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain activities.

Cancellations must be made within the stated timeframe to be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our booking terms for specific cancellation fees and refund details.

Equipment and Damages

Participants are responsible for the proper care of rented or provided equipment.

Any lost or damaged equipment due to negligence may be charged at replacement or repair cost.

Underwater Photography Policy

For the safety and enjoyment of all divers, camera use may be restricted in certain situations such as:

During training or skills sessions
In sensitive marine environments
At the discretion of your dive guide or instructor

Photography and Media Use

We may take photos and videos during our activities for promotional use.

By participating, you grant us permission to use images and videos featuring you, unless you request otherwise in writing.

International Trips

For international expeditions, you are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, travel insurance, and meeting any entry requirements.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
