Dream Team Divers uses authorized Google integrations to support business operations, scheduling, and customer communication.

Our AI assistant, TARS, may access Google Calendar and Gmail when authorized by the account owner. Calendar access is limited to reading events and schedules. Gmail access is limited to reading and searching emails to assist with customer enquiries, booking administration, and email summaries.

TARS cannot send, modify, or delete emails using its read-only Gmail permission.

Relevant information may be processed by the AI services powering TARS to complete authorized tasks. Access is limited to legitimate business purposes.

Google account access can be revoked at any time through your Google Account settings.
