The HTMS Kut is one of Pattaya's deepest and most impressive wreck dives, located among the near islands just a short boat ride from the mainland. This purpose-sunk naval landing ship rests upright on a sandy seabed and remains remarkably intact, offering advanced divers the opportunity to explore a large wreck structure teeming with marine life.
With a maximum depth of 30 meters, HTMS Kut is best suited for Advanced Open Water divers and experienced wreck enthusiasts. Its greater depth and occasional currents provide a more challenging dive experience, rewarding divers with excellent wreck scenery, expansive swim-through opportunities, and encounters with larger marine species.
Divers can expect to encounter schools of snapper, batfish, trevallies, barracuda, lionfish, scorpionfish, nudibranchs, and occasionally blue-spotted stingrays resting near the wreck. The vessel itself acts as an artificial reef, attracting a wide variety of reef fish and invertebrates, making every dive unique and exciting.
