The PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver course is PADI's most popular specialty course because it allows you to extend your no-decompression limits, shorten surface intervals, and maximize your time underwater. By diving with air containing a higher percentage of oxygen and less nitrogen, you'll absorb less nitrogen during your dives, making repetitive diving more enjoyable.

During the course, you'll learn how to safely plan Nitrox dives, analyze oxygen content in cylinders, set your dive computer for enriched air, and understand oxygen exposure limits and maximum operating depths. To put your new knowledge into practice, you'll complete two open water dives using Enriched Air Nitrox, experiencing the benefits of Nitrox firsthand.
