Terms & Conditions – Dream Team Divers Pattaya

Welcome to Dream Team Divers. By booking and participating in any of our scuba diving activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining any diving experience in Thailand.

1. General Requirements
-
All participants must be at least 10 years old for most dive programs.
-
A minimum level of physical fitness and swimming ability is required.
-
Participants must complete a standard PADI Medical Questionnaire. If any medical condition is flagged, a doctor's clearance is required before diving.
-
Valid travel insurance that covers scuba diving is highly recommended.
2. Certification and Experience
-
Certified divers must present a valid diving certification (PADI, SSI, CMAS, etc.) before participating in fun dives or advanced courses.
-
Dive depths and profiles will be based on your certification level and recent dive experience.
-
A refresher session may be required if your last dive was over 12 months ago.
3. Non-Certified Divers (Try Dives)

Non-certified divers may join a Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) program under the direct supervision of a qualified instructor.

Participants must attend a safety briefing and follow all instructions during the experience.
4. Liability and Waiver
-
All divers must sign a Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement before participating in any activity.

Dream Team Divers and its staff are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property loss resulting from personal health conditions, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Safety and Conduct
-
Diving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
-
All participants must follow safety protocols, local regulations, and marine conservation rules.

Unsafe or disrespectful behavior toward staff, equipment, or marine life may result in removal from the activity without refund.
6. Weather and Conditions
-
Dive trips may be changed or canceled due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns.
-
We reserve the right to modify dive sites, schedules, or routes to ensure safety and comfort.
7. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
-
Full payment is required before the start of any diving activity.
-
Cancellations:
-
More than 48 hours before activity – Full refund.
-
Less than 48 hours before activity – 50% refund.
-
Same-day cancellation or no-show – No refund.
-

No refunds are given for missed dives due to seasickness, early surfacing, or inability to equalize.
8. Equipment and Damages
-
Rental gear must be returned in good condition.
-
Any equipment damaged or lost due to negligence will be charged at full replacement value.
9. Underwater Photography Policy
In accordance with Thai law (effective April 23, 2025), only divers who meet the following conditions are permitted to use underwater cameras:

Must hold an Advanced Open Water Diver certification or higher.
-
Must have logged at least 40 dives.
-
Must be able to show certification and dive log if requested by authorities.
Additionally:
-
Instructors and students are not allowed to use cameras during training or certification dives, unless it is part of a registered underwater photography course.
-
These regulations are enforced to protect coral reefs and marine ecosystems.
We highly recommend hiring a certified underwater photographer to capture your dive safely and professionally, in full compliance with Thai law.
10. Photography and Media Use

Dream Team Divers may take photographs or videos during your experience.
-
By participating, you grant permission for these images to be used for promotional purposes (social media, websites, etc.) unless you opt out in writing before the activity.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
-
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
-
Any legal matters will be resolved in Thai jurisdiction.
